London Food
When people think of British cuisine, a few classics usually come to mind — Fish and Chips, a Full English Breakfast (see below), and a traditional Sunday Roast.
And yes… that’s often where the list ends.
However, as one of the world’s most diverse cities, London is truly a global food capital, bringing together flavours from every corner of the world.
From much-loved Chinese cuisine — including Sichuan hotpot, Hunan spicy food, Cantonese dishes, Shanxi meat buns, barbecue, sweet and sour rice noodles and comforting home-style meals — to an incredible range of international options, there is something for every palate.
You can also enjoy Japanese tonkotsu ramen, Korean cuisine such as bibimbap, Turkish kebabs, Thai curries with fragrant jasmine rice, Spanish tapas, fresh seafood feasts, and much more.
With one of our local guides, you can experience both iconic local favourites and the best of London’s international food scene — local, global, and everything in between.
